Just finished up this crawlspace encapsulation for the Peck family in Belvidere, TN! This family just moved from Jacksonville, Fl, and built a beautiful home just a few miles from Tims Ford Lake.
We installed a drainage system, 20 MIL encapsulation, and an Aprilaire E100 dehumidifier.
This home is brand new and we were already seeing signs of mold growing on the floor joists. We successfully prevented this from getting any worse. We installed about 75 feet of drainage pipe where water was collecting on one side of the house, routed to a sump pump that pumps automatically to the outside of the home.
